Events included within the framework of World Design Capital Valencia 2022.  

Conferences

  On the occasion of the celebration of the World Design Capital of Valencia in 2022, the EUIPO plans to organise the first ‘DesignEuropa Talks’. A 1-day, face-to-face event at the EUIPO headquarters in Alicante.

Festivals

The presentation will take place next Thursday 22^nd at 8:30 p.m. at the Palacio del Marqués de Malferit in collaboration with the local interior design studio Rubio & Ros. An event that will bring the viewer closer to a way of understanding design: the art of choosing timeless and durable products.

   

Workshops

Calligraphy is probably one of the most evident links between the field of graphic design and education. With these playful workshops, children will be able to approach in an entertaining and fun way to basic concepts, such as the different styles of letters and how to play with them, to make their own letters and compositions.

Presentations

At the Centre del Carme Cultura Contemporània (CCCC), the nude show celebrates its 20th anniversary with a retrospective of its most emblematic pieces from different design studios that have been consolidated in recent years: “Nude: 20 years, 20 designers”. The exhibition, curated by Odosdesign, aims to highlight the role of nude as the most important source of emerging talent in our country and a bridge to design production companies and the media.
